The Skilled Nursing Services offered by SUPREME HOME HEALTH utilize the demonstrated clinical competence skills of RN’s and LVN’s. All of our licensed nursing personnel undergo extensive orientation that includes a clinical preceptorship. With the clinical care of the patient always under the supervision of an RN, our focus become one of not only treating the patient, but also including the immediate and extended family in the recovery process.
